These terms cover this website. Your individual coaching agreement is supplied before payment.

Enquiries and availability

An enquiry does not book an appointment, reserve a founder place or create a coaching agreement. Studio opening is planned for January 2027. Online coaching is underway; suitability and availability are agreed individually. For online beta, the future start date is confirmed after readiness review and programme preparation, within the fixed 30-day period after payment.

Pricing

Studio prices are per four-week block. Studio founder programmes begin with 12 weeks, paid in three advance instalments. The first 20 paying studio individuals retain the listed founder rates for life, including after leaving and returning, subject to appointment availability. An agreed programme, start date and first instalment secure eligibility. Each duo member counts separately; departures do not reopen founder places. This guarantee applies to the listed studio packages. The online beta package has no automatic renewal or further minimum commitment. Live beta and the online offer

The coaching app is currently in live beta, in active use while improvements continue. Launch is planned for January 2027. Online-only coaching blocks bought during live beta cost £120 for six weeks: four paid plus two free. Payment fixes a latest actual start date 30 calendar days after the UK payment date. Setup and intake use no coaching days. After readiness review and programme preparation, the client confirms a future UK date in the app before that full day begins. All 42 days run from that start, even across launch. Unstarted cancellation or a missed deadline brings a full £120 refund. This offer applies to online-only coaching; studio PT and duo packages keep their stated four-week pricing. App support is available from Will.

Service agreements

Before payment, you will receive the relevant service description, cancellation/refund information, applicable consumer rights, participation information and terms. Payments are arranged through the website after suitability, your service and terms are agreed. Studio dates are agreed separately. For online beta, the actual future start date is confirmed after readiness review and programme preparation; an early start within the cooling-off period requires a separate express request at date confirmation. Payment does not replace the onboarding and exercise-readiness review. No automatic renewal is set up by this payment flow.
