Plan your training week
Make room in your diary for training, food and your other commitments.
Look at your actual diary.
Start with work, study, caring responsibilities and rest. Choose realistic training slots around those commitments.
Make food a little easier.
Pick a few meals you like, check what you already have and write a short shopping list. You can repeat meals without making every day identical.
Choose your priorities.
Use the targets agreed in your personal plan. Keep them easy to find, and avoid adding a new goal for every part of life at once.
Leave room to adjust.
Decide what you’ll do if one training slot changes. Note one question for your coach and schedule time for your weekly check-in.
